1. What is double glazing and do I really need it?

It adds another glass layer as well as argon gas. This helps with noise cancellation and keeps heat out.

2. What are the benefits of aluminum?

It offers superior strength, durability, and a sleek profile.

3. Can you replace broken glass?

Yes. We can replace the broken glass without taking down the frame, as long as the frame itself is not damaged.

4. What is Low-E glass and how does it work?

It has a microscopically thin coating that acts like a smart mirror. It lets natural light in but reflects harmful UV rays and heat back outside to keep your interiors cool and prevent fading.

5. What is a thermal break and do I really need it?

Aluminum conducts heat. A thermal break allows that heat to dissipate so it doesn’t transfer over to your side of the frame.

6. Who does the installation?

We have our own in-house team to install the windows, ensuring the work is always up to standard.

7. What does your lifetime support cover?

It covers cleaning, tuning, and oiling of hardware, fixing misalignments, adjustments, and minor repairs.

8. How long will it take to replace a broken window?

It takes 45 to 60 days from manufacturing to actual replacement on-site. Unless needed urgently.

9. Do you provide tinted glass?

Yes. Just let us know how dark or tinted you need the glass to be.

10. Where is the product assembled and fabricated?

Fabrication takes place in China. The product is then shipped disassembled to be installed component-by-component directly on your site.

11. What is the purpose of the stainless steel mesh?

Protection. It is incredibly durable and cannot be easily broken through, while still allowing air to pass. The thinner mesh also provides improved visibility.
